A CHRISTMAS CAROL

A Christmas Carol recounts the story of Ebenezer Scrooge, an elderly miser
who is visited by the ghost of his former business partner Jacob Marley and
the spirits of Christmas Past, Present and Yet to Come.
After their visits, Scrooge is transformed into a kinder, gentler man.

The Garden Theater
The owners of the Garden Theater are completing a renovation of the historic venue in downtown Louisa, Kentucky with plans to host the inaugural 2019 Summer Camps and Shows of the Mountain Movers Theatre Company produced and directed by Darryl and Kim Willard formerly of Jenny Wiley Theatre.

MOUNTAIN MOVERS EXPERIENCED THEATRE TEAM
Kim Willard, Artistic Director
Kim Willard is a native of New York who now resides in Pikeville, KY. She is the Artistic Director of the Mountain Movers Theatre Company, the former Education Director at Jenny Wiley Theatre, a theatre professor at the University
of Pikeville, and the Music Minister at Pikeville United Methodist Church. Kim has a BS in Music Education from Plymouth State University and an MFA in Acting from The Actors Studio Drama School at Pace University, NYC.
She received a Grammy in 2007 for her chorus and drama curriculum at Chesnee High School in rural SC. She is a professional director and actor.

Darryl Willard, Managing Director
Darryl is proud to call Eastern Kentucky home after working in CT, NH, MA, VA and SC for construction and theatre companies. He has a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies (Music & Theatre) from Plymouth State University and Masters Certificate in Production Management from Clemson University. He is the former Managing Director and Technical Director at Jenny Wiley Theatre. Mountain Movers Theatre Company is proud to have him as Production Manager.
